Rates & Insurance
I typically charge $200 for all appointments. I sometime agree to reduced fees if there is a significant financial hardship in affording treatment. If you are using insurance to pay, you will be responsible for paying your copay and/or coinsurance fee, which will vary depending on your particular insurance policy.

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Aetna
Out of network payments (I have successfully helped patients arrange out of network payments with a number of different insurance companies)
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Check/Cash
• Paypal or Venmo
• Debit/Credit (with an added $2 transaction fee)
• Health Savings Accounts (with an added $2 transaction fee)
